I work for a Road Construction Company. We specialize in Asphalt, Concrete, Manufacture our own Seal Coat, Line Striping and General Maintenance. I manage our shop, vehicle and equipment purchases, maintenance staff, develop and train new drivers and operators among many other things. Our shop does maintenance on the vehicles and equipment. We also design and build custom truck and tanker bodies for our own use. My background is in heavy equipment and fabrication. Im versed in Electrical, diagnostics, hydraulics, fabrication, design, welding, mechanical engineering to name a few.
