Sara was born and raised in Fayetteville, AR where she grew up around off-road motorcycles. This instilled a love of shops, mechanics and the industry in general. After graduating with a finance degree, she worked in the banking industry for a few years before finding her way to the City of Fayetteville.
Working for the City, Sara found her place in Fleet where she can use her degree in Finance and enthusiasm for the industry together. Starting in 2015, Sara was in charge of 15+ million dollar annual budget. With encouragement from her predecessor, she earned her CAFM in early 2019. In May of that year, she was promoted to Fleet Superintendent.
