Hello CAFM candidates! My name is Richard Callis and I am the module owner for the Information Management module. This means that I am the lead in keeping the Reference Guide, Study Guide and exam questions for this module up to date. I completed my CAFM at the NAFA conference in 2016. My top study tip for you all is to not underestimate the importance of studying from the study guide. It contains everything you need to pass the exam. IT standards are constantly changing, but our reliance on technology will never go away! I'm an IT guy by passion, yet a Fleet Manager by trade and bring in my IT skills to automate, report, and transfer data across many different mediums.
