I've been with the Cincinnati Insurance Company for over 30 years, where I spent most of time managing the daily operations of our Purchasing team.
I've worked on many projects both large and small, and also managed other areas of our business including IT Inventory. Fleet has always resided within the Purchasing department, and I would assist with a few of the daily operations as needed.
In 2017, I became the Director of Purchasing / Fleet, since taking over the daily operations of both it's been a crazy ride learning everything from the procurement of the vehicles, registration, maintenance to the disposition of our fleet vehicles.
I enjoy being part of something that is challenging, especially now in post-pandemic times. I love learning new things and finding ways to improve processes and efficiencies.
It's been a blessing to be part of this company, department, and have a dedicated purchasing and fleet team.
