A First Sergeant in the Army was watching my podcast and reached out to me on LinkedIn. He is retiring from the Army mid-next year. He has incredible experience that fit well with fleet manager roles. The Army is currently not offering CAFM in their portfolio so I was wondering if there is some type of funding source or sponsorship opportunities available? Is anyone aware of anything like this that I can tap into on his behalf?
Also, I suggested he reach out to their education coordinator to see if they'd consider including it. He's going to meet with them next week.
