I got a total of 9 for both options. But the best answer, if I had to choose would be T since the two most important criteria would be greater than those for P.

Lifecycle (3*2) Safety (2*1) Sustainability (1*1) = 6+2+1=9

P 

Lifecycle (3*1) Safety (2*2) Sustainability (1*2) = 3+4+2=9
